Pathway 1 — LearnERS: CQI Coaching Framework

Is your state system or technical assistance organization looking for a fresh approach to early childhood career pathways? In this pathway, your coaches guide educators and site directors through a selection of ERS learning modules. Along the way, they identify quality improvement goals, develop an individualized journal, and participate in interactive peer learning discussions. Pathway 2 — LearnERS: On-Demand

Get Started on your CDA with Self-Guided Courses

Do you prefer to work independently and at your own pace? LearnERS: On-Demand courses are an affordable and convenient way to fulfill some of the training requirements of the CDA. Each course is built around key points of quality teaching practices based on the Environment Rating Scales. Choose your role as an infant-toddler, preschool, or family child care provider. Then download the PDF below to explore the modules from CDA subject areas 1, 2, and 3 that are of interest to you.

The CDA credential requires a total of 120 CDA training hours overall:

  • 80 hours—10 hours in each of the 8 subject areas below
  • 40 hours—in any of the subject areas of your choosing

Branagh Group offers CDA training hours through LearnERS: On-Demand in the first three of the eight CDA subject areas above. Obtain the 10 hours in each of the first three subject areas with the option to earn an additional 40 hours. The CDA is awarded by the Council of Professional Recognition.
