Step 1: The LearnERS On-Demand registration form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (free). Download the free Acrobat Reader DC. Be sure to unselect the checkboxes on the left:

Step 2: Right-click (ctrl + click on Mac) here to download and save the LearnERS registration form/course catalog. In the right-click pop-up menu select “Save link as…” and choose Desktop as the save location. Use this form to enroll your staff and choose the courses you would like to order. You can also print the course catalog for reference.

Please note:  If the form automatically opens or downloads when you click the link above, be sure to Save the form to your desktop before completing.

Step 3:

• Go to your desktop
• Locate the file called LearnERS Registration Form & Course Catalog
• Right-click on the file and Open with… Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
• You can edit and save the form as often as you like
• When you’re ready to place your order, press the Submit Form button
