There are two ways to generate reports (without an internet connection):
1. From within an observation, tap Reports from the Application Menu and select the report you wish to run.
2. From the Observation Manager, tap Report Wizard, then select the observation and then the type of report you wish to run.
There are four (4) standard reports. They are:
(1) Summary Report
The Summary Report is the most commonly used standard report. Items are grouped by strengths (items with scores of 5 or higher) and areas for potential growth (items with scores lower than 5). Assessor notes are printed for items in the Needs Improvement Section.
(2) Score Sheet Report
The Score Sheet Report is similar to the printed score sheet. This report provides a complete record of answers and assessor notes.
(3) Answers Report
The Answers Report provides score information on each item, with number of indicators answered.
(4) Threshold Report
The Threshold Report allows you to find items with scores at a threshold determined by you. To create a Threshold Report, tap Threshold to open the Threshold Report dialog box. Select the observation you wish to use in creating a threshold report and then select the criteria you wish to set for the report.
