Analytics Reports

Analytics – CQI Summary Report

The CQI Report provides general information about each item and why it is important, indicator level areas of effectiveness and areas for growth and improvement and reflective questions. A chart showing subscale scores is included at the end.

Analytics – Classroom Multiple Time Comparison Report

The Classroom Multiple Time Comparison Report shows changes in a classroom over time. The report provides the detailed scores of the classroom over time, including item level scores. This report is designed to look at a classroom that has a minimum of 3 assessments.

Analytics – Drilldown Report

The Drilldown Report provides averages or counts of assessments conducted. The report can be filtered and/or grouped on the fly and displays the data in graphic format.

Select Start Date (required), Select End Date (required), Select Scale (optional), Select Subscale (optional), Select Item (optional), Select Group (optional), Select Score (optional), Select View Details (optional)

Analytics – Item Level Report

The Item Level Report provides both the number and percentage of observations receiving a score of 1-7 for each Item in the scale(s) chosen. The overall, subscale and item averages are included for each scale selected. In addition, a detailed list of facilities scoring below a particular threshold is available.

Analytics – Scale Multiple Time Comparison Report

The Scale Multiple Time Comparison Report shows the average subscale and item score changes in the selected scale over time. The report provides the detailed score comparison for up to 5 time intervals.

Analytics – Scale Report by Group

The Scale Report by Group summarizes the scores for the chosen scale(s). The report is separated into a section that describes all scales chosen and then a separate section for each scale.

Analytics – Scale Time Comparison Report

The Scale Time Comparison Report shows the average subscale and item score changes in the selected scale over time. The report provides the detailed scores at time 1 vs. time 2. The top 10 improved and regressed items are included.

Analytics – Threshold Report

The Threshold Report supplies counts of assessments which fall below or above a specific score.

Analytics QR – Organization Activity Report

The Organization Activity Report shows the number of observations conducted by the organization. The # Total Observations provides an unduplicated count of the number of observations. The # Observations column counts non reliability observations (reliability = false; consensus = false). The # Reliabilities column counts reliability observations ONLY (reliability = true). Consensus observations are not counted as they are a copy of the reliability observation.

Analytics TA – Organization Activity Report

The Organization Activity Report shows the number of observations conducted by the organization.

Analytics QIP – QIP Overview Report

The QIP Overview Report provides detailed information on Quality Improvement Plans for the chosen scale(s), including the number of QIPs, average scores, total number of actions by subscale, and count of actions by category.

Analytics – Virtual Subscale Report

The Virtual Subscale Report is meant to help tie ECERS-R observations more closely to the developmental outcomes of children in early learning environments as well as to the health and wellbeing of children in these settings. There are 16 new susbcales that are based on indicators found throughout the scale. The report is mean to be run on observations that have scored all indicators of the scale through the 7?s column. The first section provides a description and score for each new subscale. The second section provides an overview of the scores for all of the subscales and the third section provides the detail of how the indicators were scored for each subscale.

PARAMETERS:
Select Facility (required), Select Observation (required). All sections of the report are checked by default but the various sections are optional.

Standard Reports

Standard – Classroom Time Comparison Report

The Classroom Time Comparison Report shows changes in a classroom over time. The report provides the detailed scores of the classroom at time 1 vs. time 2. The top 10 improved and regressed items are included.

The Facility Report summarizes the scores for a facility. The report is separated into a section which describes the entire facility and then a separate section which is a breakdown of each scale.

Step 2 – Select Assessments (required)

Standard – Facility Report (Historical Archive)

The Facility Report summarizes the scores for a facility. The report is separated into a section which describes the entire facility and then a separate section which is a breakdown of each scale.

This version of the report can be archived for historical reference by the user.

The Archived Facility Reports allows the user to view a list of archived facility reports.

Standard QR – Assessor Activity Report

The Assessor Activity Report shows the number of observations conducted by the assessor(s). The # Total Observations provides an unduplicated count of the number of observations conducted by the assessor. The # Observations column counts non reliability observations (reliability = false; consensus = false). The # Reliabilities column counts reliability observations ONLY (reliability = true). The Assessor Reliability Report shows the date of last reliability visit, reliability percentage for that visit, and number of visits conducted since the visit.

Report showing the upload history of an observation(s).

Standard – Assessor Score Overview Report

The Assessor Score Overview Report shows individual assessors overall average scale scores compared to the total overall average. Also, shows individual assessment scores compared to the assessors overall average score.

Standard QR – Observation Detail Report

The Observation Detail Report creates a list of observation(s) similar to the observation manager and allows you to view/print the Summary Report.

The Observation Detail Report w/Alt creates a list of observation(s) similar to the observation manager and allows you to view/print the Summary Report or Summary Report (Alt.)

The QIP Facility Report summarizes the scores and QIP actions for a facility. The report is separated into a section which describes the entire facility and then a separate section which is a breakdown of each scale.

Standard QR – Assessor Performance Report

The Standard QR – Assessor Performance Report provides the number of observations and reliabilities as well as the over all scores of the observations by scale type. The report includes a summarization of the supervisor feedback and review cycle details during the date range. The report also includes a breakdown by scale of the assessor`s reliability during the date range.

PARAMETERS:
Select start date and end date (required), select scale(s), select assessor(s). It is recommended that one assessor is selected.

Standard TA – Assessor Performance Report

The Standard TA – Assessor Performance Report provides the number of observations and the overall scores of the observations by scale type.

PARAMETERS:
Select start date and end date (required), select scale(s), select assessor(s). It is recommended that one assessor is selected.

Standard – Enrollment Report

The Standard – Enrollment Report provides information on the enrollment of the children attached to observations during the date range selected. The number of classrooms observered and the number of children included in those classrooms is provided. The number of children in classrooms with scores in a specific score range are provided and detail is provided for based on scale type.

Standard – Staff Experience Report

The Standard -Staff Experience Report provides information on the number of classrooms with in a data range and the associated staff. The reoirt includes detail by position and experience at the facility and as it relates to average ers scores by scale. The report provides an overview of the etire facility as well as a breakdown by scale type.

	Export – ECERS-3 + ERS Observation Export		The Observation Export allows a user to retrieve a customized csv export of observation data for ECERS-3 plus ERS scales. See documentation for a description of the data elements available.

	Export – Facility		The Facility Export allows a user to retrieve a customized csv export of facility lookup data. See documentation for a description of the data elements available.

	Export – ERS Observation with Virtual Subscales		The Observation Export allows a user to retrieve a customized csv export of observation data with Virtual Subscale information. See documentation for a description of the data elements available.

	Export – Facility Staff		The Facility Staff Export allows a user to retrieve a customized csv export of facility staff lookup data. See documentation for a description of the data elements available.

	Export – PAS/BAS Observation		The PAS/BAS Observation Export allows a user to retrieve a customized csv export of PAS/BAS observation data.

	Export – QIP		The QIP Export allows a user to retrieve a customized csv export of QIP data.
