Don’t see an observation in your list that you are expecting to see?

  1. Make sure you are in the correct tab of the Observation Manager

2. Synch/Synch Admin

This will pull down Observations that have been previously uploaded to the server.

  • If you have recently changed to a new machine only Observations that were finalized and uploaded on the old machine will sync down.
  • If your supervisor is in the process of reviewing the completed or corrected assessment and has not yet suggested or approved corrections and uploaded, the assessment will not sync down.
  • If you are a supervisor and the Assessor has not yet made their corrections and uploaded, the assessment will not sync down.

3. Check to see if all filters are clear. The number of Observations visible should equal the total number of Observations.

4. If the numbers do not match try clearing all filters

5. Check your Archived and Deleted Observations (sometimes this happens accidentally). You can restore archived or deleted Observations under the “Tools” tab. Please click Deleting and Restoring Assessments for detailed instructions on restoring Observations.
