If you have finished the reliability process with your co-rater(s) and entered all the scores in the IR-Reliability Tool but your consensus Observation is still not showing as “complete” in your Observation manager:
Make sure all items, including those marked N/A, have the “consensus reached” box checked.
Check the Item Index- N/A items that have not been checked off will show X’s, rather than the solid blue box.
Once all items (including those marked N/A) have been checked off, the title box at the top of the Item Index will show solid blue. The Observation is now “complete”.
